Citation policy

When using official information and citing quotes from participants in the NDEXPO International Forum (hereinafter the Forum), the finished materials must contain a reference to the Forum and the source of the information, while electronic media must contain a link to the Forum’s website if the information is taken from the website. Copied (quoted) information may not be changed, supplemented or distorted. 

When obtaining information from citizens and officials participating in the Forum, media representatives must inform them about any audio or video recording, filming, or photography. Forum participants must be quoted with their personal consent.

The deliberate distribution of false or distorted information on behalf of or with reference to Forum participants/organizers will be prosecuted by law.
Information agencies – news and/or other messages issued during and/or upon conclusion of the Forum must include a reference to the Forum (name and/or logo).
Print media / Internet publications – any materials (news, articles, interviews, etc.) published during and/or upon conclusion of the Forum must include a reference to the Forum (name and/or logo).

Television / Radio – stories or interviews that are recorded at the Forum venue must include a reference to the Forum (name and/or logo).
Photographic materials – any photographs taken at the Forum venue must include a reference to the Forum in the image or the caption (text and/or logo).
Blogs / social media – when using official information obtained as part of taking part in the Forum and quoting the statements of Forum participants, finished materials posted on the Internet (blogs, social media, etc.) must contain reliable facts and a reference to the Forum (name and/or logo).

The organizers of the Forum shall not be responsible for the statements of participants in the blogosphere and social networks.
The organizers hereby give notice that they retain the right to use the texts of articles, photos, and video materials obtained or created by media representatives when preparing for or during Forum events with a reference to the media outlet or author of the material.
